Kundu is built almost entirely of large all-inclusive resorts, from the Kremlin Palace to the Titanic and the Land of Legends hotel. For most guests the package is the holiday: you arrive, put your wallet away and barely leave the property for a week. But all-inclusive is not one fixed thing, and knowing what your package actually covers saves surprises.
What all-inclusive usually covers
At a standard Kundu resort, all-inclusive typically includes:
- All meals β buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, often with themed Γ la carte restaurants
- Local drinks β soft drinks, beer, wine and local spirits, usually from mid-morning to late
- Snacks β poolside and beach snack points through the day
- Activities β pools, kids' clubs, daytime animation, evening shows
- Beach and pool service β sunbeds, umbrellas and towels
Standard vs ultra all-inclusive
Many Kundu mega-resorts sell an ultra all-inclusive tier on top of the standard package. Ultra usually adds imported and premium-brand spirits, more Γ la carte restaurants without a supplement, a minibar restocked daily, room service, and sometimes a wider spa or activity allowance. If premium drinks and dining variety matter to you, check whether your rate is standard or ultra before booking.
What is usually not included
Even ultra all-inclusive rarely covers everything. Watch for these extras:
- Airport transfers β almost never included; booked separately (this is where we come in)
- Some Γ la carte restaurants β a per-visit supplement at standard tier
- Premium spirits β at standard tier, imported brands may cost extra
- Spa treatments β massages and treatments are usually paid
- Excursions β day trips, boat tours and theme-park tickets are extra
- Some water sports β motorised sports often carry a charge
Day passes for non-guests
Some of the biggest Kundu resorts and The Land of Legends sell day passes that let non-residents use the pools, beach and facilities for a day, sometimes with a food-and-drink allowance. If you are staying elsewhere but want a day at a famous themed resort or the water park, it is worth checking availability in advance.
Tipping in an all-inclusive resort
Tipping is not required but is common and appreciated. Small tips to bar staff, waiters and housekeeping smooth the week; a few euros or the local equivalent is normal. It is entirely optional, and nothing on top of your package is expected.
What to check before you book
- Is the rate standard or ultra all-inclusive?
- Which restaurants are included and which carry a supplement?
- Are premium and imported drinks covered or extra?
- What are the all-inclusive hours (some stop drinks service earlier)?
- Are kids' clubs, water park and activities included for your dates?
- Is the airport transfer included (usually not) β and how will you arrange it?

Booking your transfer
The one thing your all-inclusive package almost never includes is the transfer, and it is the easiest to sort. Antalya Airport to Kundu is about 13 km and 18 minutes, fixed from booking with no meter, in a Mercedes fleet with flight tracking and meet-and-greet at arrivals.
